Growth Strategist Intern

We're seeking a Growth Strategist Intern to help us scale our impact and build a strong community of student ambassadors.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to expand our reach in schools and colleges across different regions and domains.
  2. Lead the recruitment and management of student ambassadors and community programs, fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and partnerships to drive student acquisition and retention.
  4. Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student growth and engagement.
  5. Design and implement experiments to maximize growth outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and deliver results-oriented solutions.
