Job Description:

This role requires a deep understanding of social compliance principles, with a focus on ensuring that operations meet high standards.

We seek an experienced professional to lead social audits, maintaining our reputation as a responsible business partner.

  • A bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a results-driven approach are essential, as well as strong business acumen.
  • The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds is critical.
  • Discretion is required when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing is preferred, with at least 200 verifiable audit days under your belt.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly desirable.
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues, is preferred.
  • This role requires frequent travel within the country and occasional international travel, as needed.
