Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Article Assistant to fill an exciting opportunity in our organization. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain experience in the Audit/Accounts/Tax/MIS/Compliance functions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. They will be responsible for assisting in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit, Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Research & Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance—or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management.
