Trade Compliance Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Global Trade Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HTS & ECCN Classification determinations for spare parts and other products imported and exported.
- Assist in compliance data collection and record keeping.
- Support compliance training and audit activities.
- Generate and analyze compliance reports.
- Participate in root cause analysis of international trade issues, recommend solutions to implement corrective actions.
- Support Customs inquiries related to product classifications.
- Other projects assigned by trade management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of technology and processes involved in Semiconductor, Flat Panel, Solar cell manufacturing.
- Knowledge of import and/or export trade compliance elements, e.g., Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Export Classification Commodity Numbers, Customs entry process, Customs invoicing requirements, special trade program requirements, etc.
- Able to demonstrate classification analysis skills to arrive at accurate HTS and ECCN Classifications using various trade tools.
