As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. This includes developing and implementing policies, monitoring compliance, and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on compliance activities
- Communicate with stakeholders on compliance matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in finance or law and is experienced in regulatory compliance. They should also possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements:- CA/CS (Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary) highly preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in finance or law
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
