Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled Associate to lead our sales efforts in reaching out to Retail stores /institutions pan India. You'll be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility with pride.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and onboard D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates.
- Set up and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presence.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution.
- Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions.
- Capture customer feedback and provide market insights.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a nutritionist/Dietitian with experience in interacting with clients/customers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data.
- Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently.
- Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
- Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
