**Performance Marketing Growth Manager Role**
We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional to lead our paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with campaign execution, data analysis, and creative testing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Manage multiple channels and formats to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks to identify winning creatives and ad copies.
**Growth Strategy & Scaling:**
- Build media plans to aggressively scale digital fashion campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Identify new audience cohorts and refine targeting/retargeting strategies.
**Analytics & Reporting:**
- Track and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC).
- Generate weekly/monthly growth dashboards with actionable insights.
**Requirements:
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Meta & Google).
- Proven track record of scaling DTC brands (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
- Experience managing annual budgets.
**Nice to Have:**
- Prior experience in a fashion/lifestyle DTC brand or scaling one.
- Knowledge of affiliate/marketplace growth.
