Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic planning professional to play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in merchandising, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage inventory health and plan inward movement based on GMV, DOH, and STR targets to optimize business performance.
  • Create season-level buy plans and assortment strategies using historical performance and revenue targets.
  • Review style-level metrics including ROS, Sell-through, RPI, and RGM to inform optimization decisions.
  • Analyze assortment gaps and recommend brand or category additions to strengthen offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • 6-7 years of experience in buying/planning/merchandising (or 4-5 years with a postgraduate degree).
  • Strong understanding of planning and inventory management, preferably in e-commerce.
