  • Finance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
  2. Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  3. Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards.
  4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.
  5. Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.
  6. Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  8. Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.
  9. Support venture finance setup for new business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or professional qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
