Job Description:

This role focuses on providing support across the entire HR lifecycle, from recruiting and hiring to employee engagement and compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, running assessments, and executing campus outreach programs. Additionally, this position involves preparing pre-boarding checklists, running Day-1 orientations, and creating and updating employee records in HRIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Commerce, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace/MS Office, with solid Excel/Sheets skills.
