Job Title: Garment Merchandiser

As a seasoned sourcing expert, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a thorough knowledge of woven and knit garments, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts from development, costing, and orders through to production and delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with factories, buyers, QA teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Source high-quality fabrics and trims, track timelines, and ensure seamless deliveries.
  • Embark on regular supplier visits and production follow-ups.
  • Own documentation, communication, and issue resolution throughout the order lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Thorough understanding of both woven and knit garments.
  • Familiarity with fabrics, testing protocols, and garment construction.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
