Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional Order Management Business Analyst to join our team on a remote project in Spain's timezone.

  • This role requires a skilled professional with experience working as a Business Analyst, focusing on Data and Order Management within ServiceNow.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in data activities, Order Management knowledge, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Able to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on mappings and manage large data extractions, converting it into the right ServiceNow target format.
  • Familiarity with data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts) is essential.

Required Experience:
