Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst - Order Management and Data

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the service delivery of our clients.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in data activities, order management knowledge, and expertise in migrating data from external tools to ServiceNow.

  • Data Analysis: The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve business processes.
  • Order Management: Experience with order management processes, including accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts, is essential for this role.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and its applications, including data migration and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective data management strategies to optimize business operations.
  2. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
  4. Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow configurations to meet evolving business needs.
  5. Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Proven track record of success in data analysis, process improvement, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
  • Strong understanding of data models, data mapping, and data migration concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform, including data management, workflow design, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, or similar frameworks.
