Job Title:
Senior Program Manager

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, managing complex programs, and driving process improvements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
- Build strong partnerships with operations leaders to understand improvement opportunities
- Have the ability to work independently in a broad array of environments, manage competing priorities simultaneously, and innovate in a start-up Ops environment
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, and communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior leaders

Requirements:
- 5 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of delivering cross-functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
