    • Rules engine v0 (co-address/phone/IMEI; circular trades; pledge conflicts)
    • Console v0 (read-only), immutable audit logging; SSO/MFA; PII at-rest encryption
  • Secondary Platform (read-only aggregator v0)
    • Scope doc + schema for unlisted/alt inventory (WWIPL, Indianext, Grip/Leaf Round lease, bonds platforms, EU ETS ETFs KRBN/KEUA, voluntary carbon venues notes, etc.)
    • Data adapters: start with CSV/API/manual ingest; no trading—discovery/analytics only
    • Price/terms normalization + risk tags (liquidity, custody, jurisdiction/LRS)

    • Minimal ontology: Invoice Program ID (ZED/SRLM/DISCOM) ESGMetric
    • Draft adapters plan for Sat Sure/Planet/IMD where relevant; don't integrate yet—mock data to prove reports
