Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of our machine shop equipment.

  • Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Maintain machine shop equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Perform fault diagnosis and implement countermeasures to prevent breakdowns.
  • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Analyze breakdowns and develop effective countermeasures.
  • Ensure shop safety and 5S practices in the work area.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. CNC Machine Maintenance: Experience with CNC machines (HMC, VMC) and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  2. Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge: Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
  3. Industrial Automation: Knowledge of industrial automation systems, including Field I/O, PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron), and CNC programming (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Omron).
  4. SPM Systems: Experience with SPM systems, including laser marking, scanner, and vision system technology (Cognex, Keyence, Omron).
  5. Pneumatic and Hydraulic Circuits: Ability to read and understand pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
  6. CNC Machine Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC machine concepts, including ball screw, spindle, index table, ATC, and magazine.
