Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • This is a senior-level maintenance position responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of complex machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in machine shop maintenance activities, hands-on experience with CNCs (VMC, HMC), SPMs, Gantry, and Robot systems.
  • Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment problems, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in machine shop maintenance, preferably with CNC machines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and RCA techniques.

Skill Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer operating knowledge.

  • Basic knowledge of health and safety.
