Job Opportunity: Printing Machine Specialist

Maintain and operate high-speed printing equipment to ensure efficient production of various materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper function and maintenance of printing machines, copiers, bindery equipment, and tools.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Process mailroom tasks, including postage, sorting, and distribution of regular and bulk mail.
  • Print a wide range of materials, such as booklets, forms, letters, catalogs, and announcements, in accordance with work order specifications.
  • Review submitted materials for errors, inaccuracies, and compliance with requester's needs.
  • Unload cargo pallets and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

About the Role: This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with printing equipment and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
