Position Name- Injection Molding Machine Maintenance

Exp- 2-10 Yrs

Qualification - Diploma/B.E Electrical/Electronics

Role & responsibilities

  • Injection Molding :- Knowledge of trouble shooting & Maintenance activities or experience belongs to Injecton molding machines make of Engel , milacron, Supermaster, Negri bossi, Hytan, Krauss Maffie etc Material feeding system , Dehumidifore , Mold temperature controller, Hot runner systems, conveyors etc
  • Robots:- ABB, Wittman , Yasakawa , EPSON , Star etc
  • Basic Knowledge /Documentation:- Understanding & reading of Electrical circuit diagram , hydraulic circuit diagram, pneumatic circuit diagram, mechanical drawings , Daily / monthly data of maintenance dept, MTTR , MTBF, Pm tracking, spare part management, Energy savings etc.
