Job Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the software sales industry.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven professional who can develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our products to key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships through regular meetings and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Promote the company's vision and mission to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a unified approach to sales and marketing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution or equivalent experience in software sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in Zoho, Microsoft, Darwin Box, Keka, Oracle, SAP, and ATS portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the software sales industry.
