AI Systems Developer

We're looking for an expert in designing and building end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment) who thrives on building, experimenting, and deploying real systems at scale. If you've ever wanted to go beyond research notebooks and ship production-grade AI products, this is your playground.

What You'll Do:

  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop scalable infrastructure including APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect solutions that handle high traffic and deliver fast results.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype and deploy generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming background with a focus on Python and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases including SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset - comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Experience with multi-modal systems including text, voice, vision.
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
