About This Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled senior AI/ML engineer to leverage their expertise in Langchain, NLP, RAG based systems, Prompt Engineering, Agentic Systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to build innovative AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize Langchain, Gen AI, and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Experiment with different machine learning models for specific use cases.
  • Solve complex problems quickly and communicate strategies effectively to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Overall 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly AI/ML-based projects.
  • Experience in Azure cloud and Databricks setup.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
  • Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale.
  • Understanding of ML pipelines, feature engineering, and MLOps.
  • Experience with LLM + RAG and agentic frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools - Git.
  • Exposure to retail industry, experience with e-commerce applications.
