Required Skills & Experience:

">
  • At least 12 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.">
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc.).">
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms and system design.">
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.">
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.">
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs and CI/CD practices.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.">

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models or Agentic AI.">
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.">
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.">
