Job Title: Senior Corporate Relationship Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers, identifying their needs and preferences to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by building new relationships with corporates, expanding into new markets, and exploring emerging trends.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis, through proactive lead generation, conversion, and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
- Market Enhancement: Conduct market enhancement activities within the corporates to enhance the business, including competitor analysis, market research, and trend identification.
- Customer Engagement: Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system, ensuring that customer interactions are logged, and feedback is captured.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry, ensuring that all customer interactions adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Business Growth: Responsible for increasing the market share of the products in the region, through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate relationship management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
