Job Title: Manager Assistant Recreation

This is an opportunity to join a team where you can develop your skills and experience in managing aspects of recreation facilities, including maintenance, daily operations, cleanliness, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, managing vendors, coordinating group activities, ordering supplies, and providing support to coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Management: Supervise and manage employees to ensure day-to-day operations meet quality standards and guest expectations.
  • Vendor Management: Support the management of outside vendors, including water sports and scuba activities.
  • Group Activities: Assist with managing group activities, such as sand painting, bonfires, and team-building events.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage necessary supplies to ensure employees have the equipment, tools, and uniforms needed to perform their jobs.
  • Customer Support: Provide personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to coworkers, customers, or patients.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. 1 year experience in recreation, health club operations, or related field preferred.
  • Or Education & Experience: Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in a related field, with no work experience required.
