Procurement and Contract Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Management Professional to join our Technology Finance organization.

Job Description

This role involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, vendor management, and procurement process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, statements of work, and amendments.
  • Participate in vendor sourcing, supplier recommendations, and contract negotiations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for business partners on contracting matters.
  • Analyze company spend to identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of contracting principles and vendor management best practices, proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, experience with e-signature tools, and spend management tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship management (preferably within a technology organization)

Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze spend data

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
