We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our organization.

This role involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, vendor management, and procurement process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Participate in vendor sourcing, supplier recommendations, and contract negotiations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for business partners on contracting matters.
  • Analyze company spend to identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Accounting, Risk, and Compliance teams on contract reviews and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor and report contract status, vendor spend, and cost savings metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of contracting principles and vendor management best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze spend data.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, and amendments.
  2. Vendor Sourcing: Participate in vendor sourcing, supplier recommendations, and contract negotiations.
  3. Business Partnerships: Serve as a key point of contact for business partners on contracting matters.
  4. Cost Savings Analysis: Analyze company spend to identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Accounting, Risk, and Compliance teams on contract reviews and regulatory matters.
  6. Metrics Reporting: Monitor and report contract status, vendor spend, and cost savings metrics.
