Secure product development is crucial for a company's success. A seasoned Product Security Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the security of our products.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product security, including SaaS and on-premises products. They should also have hands-on application security experience, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and direct management experience of security-focused engineers.

The Product Security Manager will lead a team of security professionals, overseeing all aspects of application security for our products. This includes establishing a charter for best-in-class product security, driving Engineering teams towards achieving these ideals, and working with stakeholders to define and ensure secure product reviews occur.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating progress by highlighting accomplishments, risks, mitigation, and other pertinent key performance indicators. Additionally, they will drive product security metrics to improve corporate security preparedness.

Required skills and qualifications include professional security management certification, such as CISSP or CISM, and working knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Office. Experience working with teams in a cloud/SaaS ecosystem and global team structure is also essential.

A solid understanding of product and software development principles and industry frameworks is necessary. The ability to build, lead, and motivate a group of teams, mitigating team conflict, and experience coaching team members and developing individual career plans and goals are also required.
