Lead Renewable Energy Projects

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of renewable energy projects from inception through to completion. This role involves close coordination with contractors, land and permitting teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans that align with schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Closely coordinate with OEM/Contractor to execute project closure, including Asset Transfer from Project Phase to Operation phase.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence, letters, and claims to OEM/Contractor.
  • Analyze Extension of Time claims of contractors with delay analysis.
  • Facilitate regular review meetings with contractors and maintain all records of the same.
  • Collaborate with land and permit team to ensure timely acquisition of land and necessary approvals as per project schedule.
  • Integrate CSR inputs from site and land teams into project planning and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environment policies and enforce adherence at the site.
  • Define scope matrix for new projects/BD contracts.
  • Manage vendor and contractor payments as per contract terms and forecast project cash flow requirements for financial management purposes.
  • Mentor and train site teams to support their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with business development and construction teams to assess project suitability studies during origination.
  • Determine project-specific approval needs and design requirements to meet PPA and other required regulatory needs in discussion with BD&C.
  • Coordinate material supply for project execution in collaboration with procurement and contract teams.
  • Plan resources for future projects under project management control and redeployment of resources post-project completion in consultation with Human Resources.
  • Work closely with project finance team for required condition precedent closure and provide documentation support for timely drawdown.
