Renewable Energy Finance Specialist

This role involves leading financial modeling, relationship management, and debt raising for renewable energy projects. The position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling: Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial models and projections for renewable energy projects, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and other stakeholders to secure project finance debt and non-fund-based facilities.
- Debt Raising: Prepare teaser/information memorandums and other marketing materials to raise debt for renewable energy projects.
- Loan Documentation: Handle loan documentation, including pre-sanction and post-sanction conditions, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Credit Review: Conduct critical reviews of term sheets and loan documents to ensure alignment with project goals and risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial modeling and relationship management
