
Renewable Energy Specialist

As a seasoned business professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities in the renewable energy and energy storage sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop region-specific sales strategies to drive growth and revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, lead qualification, client engagement, negotiation, and closure.
- Map key accounts in C&I and government sectors, maintain pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, tenders, and bids with internal team support.
- Provide technical and commercial expertise on hardware, software, and services.
- Offer market insights, particularly for battery solutions, with strong technical understanding to address product intricacies.
Stakeholder Management & Customer Engagement:
- Build long-term relationships with clients, government agencies, EPC contractors, and consultants.
- Collaborate on policy and regulatory matters affecting energy storage adoption.
- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows to drive visibility and business leads.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Energy, or related field.
- 3–5 years' B2B sales/marketing experience in energy, renewables, or battery storage.
- Strong understanding of India's power sector, policies, and regulations.
- Proven experience in technical sales cycles and strategic marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
