Job Opportunity: Email Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead and execute our client email campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams and clients on campaign development and execution.
  • Oversight of all campaign aspects from strategy to launch.
  • Design and optimize both broadcast campaigns and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive email content calendars and strategies for each client.
  • Create persuasive sales copy for all sales campaigns, aligning with client brand standards.
  • Build and maintain segmentation strategies for behavioral based emails, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement improvements.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports to internal teams and clients.
  • Configure, analyze, and maintain automated email flows, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing throughout workflows to continually enhance campaign results.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices for eCommerce email marketers, applying insights to drive success.
  • Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders is crucial for this role.
  • Develop a robust, results-driven email and SMS strategy aligned with the company's overall branding, marketing, and e-commerce goals.
  • End-to-end execution of campaigns, including setup, design, copywriting, production, coding, QA, and scheduling for all email and SMS marketing communications.
  • Continuous testing of new ideas, running A/B tests on subject lines, calls-to-action, and more, making informed decisions based on results.
