Senior Digital Project Manager Position

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our global team. The role will involve managing employee communications email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients and is error-free.
  • Secure approval of emails from clients and address any edits that may be needed.
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and process distribution lists.
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share them with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Preferably, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required).
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
