Business Analyst - OT/CS Professional

The opportunity exists to join our team of experienced Business Analysts who specialise in Operational Technology and Control Systems (OT/CS). As a senior consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver large-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document client needs from a business perspective and collaborate with the client to arrive at optimal solutions leveraging experience and expertise in OT/CS.
  • Identify integration needs with other systems and provide detailed information to solution architects and technical teams.
  • Act as an interface between client teams and technical teams.
  • Explore opportunities for transformation and suggest ideas/recommend ways to transform the way clients work to be truly digital in the Digital Era.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deliver large-scale solutions specific to the P&U sector, including operational technology and control systems.
  • Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced-level knowledge of OT/CS, as well as industry expertise to support delivery to clients.
  • Perform an appropriate role in business development, including presales, internal engagement, and/or knowledge management.
  • Experience working with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Proactive with a solution-oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for client requirements.
  • Demonstrate people management skills and the ability to conduct and lead consultancy assignments.
  • Be result-oriented and people-focused.
  • Manage a team, empathetic, and work with leadership for the development of the overall team.
