Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Procurement Transformation Manager to lead and drive procurement excellence across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing procurement transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Strategy & Transformation:

    Develop and execute procurement transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals and global best practices.
  • Process Optimization:

    Identify inefficiencies in current procurement processes and implement lean, automated, and scalable solutions.
  • Digital Procurement Enablement:

    Lead the adoption of digital tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) to streamline sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Change Management:

    Drive change across procurement teams and business units, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of procurement initiatives.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:

    Develop strategic supplier partnerships, improve supplier performance, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:

    Use procurement analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance & Governance:

    Ensure procurement policies, procedures, and contracts comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and category management.
  • Experience in leading procurement transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience

  • 13+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
  • Proven track record in transformation projects or consulting engagements.
