Architectural project coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with 0-2+ years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high-quality designs.

Job Description:

Analyze architectural designs and plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations.

Research and inquire about different materials to incorporate into architectural designs.

Supervise junior architects and assign them tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Schedule and deliver skill enhancement workshops to enhance the skills of team members.

Explain design requirements and specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians.

Communicate project status and completion timelines to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in REVIT and SketchUp
  • Growing understanding of building codes and how to apply them
  • Excellent graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with good listening skills and strong follow-through
