As a high-ticket closer, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospects into premium coaching, agency, SaaS, and career-launch offers.
This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who are coachable, empathetic, and numbers-driven. You will work with warm leads, identify their goals, and match them with programs that truly help.
We seek individuals with 1 year+ experience in high-ticket or consultative sales. You should be fluent in English and Hindi, have strong on-camera presence, and excellent objection handling skills.
You will be responsible for running qualified Zoom calls, maintaining a high close rate, and reviving old leads. Daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews will also be part of your routine.
Our weekly rhythm includes a morning huddle at 11:00 AM IST (Tue-Sun), call window from 12 PM to 7 PM IST, optional daily skill clinic, end-of-day CRM update, and Slack check-in.
Key Responsibilities:- Run 4–6 qualified Zoom calls daily (≈ 100–120 / month)
- Maintain a 10–15 %+ live close rate
- Revive old leads and self-book 20–30 calls/month (optional)
- Keep CRM notes and follow-ups sharp
- Join daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews
