Accounting Leader

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee our accounting operations in India and support our global expansion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects, ensuring statutory compliance, conducting audits, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits to ensure audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic support to business heads.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.
Requirements:
  • CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in a service industry.
  • Exposure to international accounting standards or global financial operations is an added advantage.
