Job Title: Senior Finance Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a flair for numbers, with the ability to think big-picture and communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Inter CA/Qualified ICWA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.

ResponsibilitiesPerformance Delivery:
  • Support AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, OP Cash, and Pricing.
  • Strengthen the Finance O&R process and build a Pre and Post M&E mindset for Trade Spend investments (BTL and TTL).
Productivity:
  • Collect past c-forms, ensure process improvement, and reduce timelines for recording the same.
  • Participate in unlocking savings and ensuring hygiene by dialing up Distributor ROI.
  • Reduce W/Capital / Provisions unlock (Overall Norms to be lower in value than last 3 years average aged inventory).
Net Revenue Management:
  • Drive BTL claim process for the cluster and adopting new BTL Process, involving NRM planning.
  • Develop Pre and Post M&E Culture on BTL and TTL Spends.
  • Engage with HO commercial team / cross-function team and understand various RTM/Learning formats for personal development & growth.
  • Optimize Pricing - Volume/Value/Margin Market Share pool/Benchmarking our Pricing with Industry players basis information available in public domain.
Business Partnering:
  • Develop financial analysis to drive business insights and concisely communicate these insights to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with CH/SH to drive business performance by providing financial/commercial expertise and insights.
  • Bring strong commercial insight and judgment to decision-making.
  • Optimise Investments, including A&P measurement and evaluation.
  • Support Cluster/Region BPMs with market financials and decision-making.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and provide quality inputs.
BAU Operations:
  • Manage Credit, Collection, and Debtor Estimates/forecast review basis actual Debtor reports to ensure no Risk in AR.
  • Ensure timely customer reconciliation and balance confirmations.
  • Support RTM Changes/Annual policy changes and ensure no sales loss due to system support.
  • Timely month-end closing and sharing required MIS, monthly Overhead tracking.
Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure compliance to Credit Policy, BTL Policy, TTL Policy, SOA, and all commercial CARM controls.
  • Track risks identified through TB review and ensure review with RCFH.
  • Highlight any AML or legacy issues with the legal consul and ensure resolution.
