We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPBCS Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our finance planning team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring and delivering planning solutions across Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount and Long-Range Planning. You will work closely with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions and templates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning Solution Design: Configure EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount and Long-Range Planning.
  • Calculation Rule Implementation: Design and implement calculation rules, forms and driver-based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Technical Partnership: Partner with finance stakeholders to ensure that planning requirements are translated into effective technical solutions and templates.
  • Project Artifact Management: Build and maintain key project artifacts including configuration documents, design specs and test scripts.
  • Integration Support: Support integrations with ERP and EPM systems through Data Management and OIC.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery quality across development, testing, documentation, deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Production Support: Provide production support for planning applications, ensuring performance, accuracy and compliance.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to reusable design patterns.
Requirements:
  • Oracle EPM Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Oracle EPM with at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Module Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount or Long-Range Planning modules.
  • Calculation Rules and Forms: Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View and planning templates.
  • Finance Planning Cycles: Good understanding of finance planning cycles including AOP, rolling forecasts, long-range planning and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
  • ERP/EPM Integration: Familiarity with ERP/EPM integration flows and data management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused mindset with ability to support business stakeholders effectively.
