We are seeking an experienced Servicenow Solutions Lead to lead our implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes typically followed in organizations.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module as per organizational requirements is essential.
  • The candidate must have experience in the design and implementation of the following modules:
  • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM): Order and Quote Management
  • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM) module
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, E-bonding, and other methods is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements and pain points, and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to support successful end-user adoption is also a key responsibility.
  • Performing system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase is essential.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to define and manage integrations with external and internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow is a key requirement.
  • Providing ongoing platform/module support to users by addressing their queries and issues is a key responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Implementation experience in Sales and Order Management for the Telecommunications industry would be an asset.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential.
