About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional support to our guests. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, from greeting and assisting visitors to managing meeting room bookings and maintaining visitor logs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Route calls to the right employees
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/email handling
