Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and a ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on sales strategies and tactics
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling existing customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including current trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
