Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and optimize support programs.
  • Develop and maintain sales plans, communicating forecasts to suppliers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze business data to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate and purchase materials from vendors, evaluating their quotations and performance.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on purchasing terms and conditions.
  • Resolve supply chain issues, including quality, service, and invoicing discrepancies.

Additional Duties:

  • Prepare budgets and reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase pricing and inventory levels.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement-related matters.
