Job Description

As a Senior Executive, you will oversee the operational aspects of brand & marketing. This role focuses on exhibitions, social media coordination, budget management, Brand merchandise, sales collaterals, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibitions & Trade Shows
    • Manage all administrative deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product information.
    • Ensure timely delivery of booth materials and samples to event locations.
    • Collate leads and visitor data captured during events and upload to SFDC.
  • Social Media Coordination
    • Liaise between the company and external social media agency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and product information.
    • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content.
  • Marketing Budget & Finance
    • Track marketing expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
    • Collaborate with finance team for processing invoices and reconciliations.
    • Maintain records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness.
  • Sales Collateral Management
    • Drive creation, review, and distribution of marketing assets.
    • Coordinate with design agencies, internal teams, and printers.
    • Maintain repository of up-to-date marketing assets.
  • Vendor Management
    • Negotiate terms with vendors in key markets.
    • Maintain database of approved vendors with rate cards and service histories.
  • Brand Identity Implementation
    • Evaluate consistency of brand identity across touchpoints.
    • Review physical and digital branding at office premises and packaging.
  • Merchandise & Gifting
    • Execute end-to-end execution of branded merchandise.
    • Liaise with creative, sourcing, and procurement teams.
  • Lead Monitoring & Coordination
    • Monitor incoming enquiries generated through campaigns.
    • Maintain accurate records of enquiries.
