We are seeking educators to teach and mentor students in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program. The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to shaping future educators.

Responsibilities
  • Teach B.Ed program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research.
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) with a minimum 55% marks is mandatory.
  • The NET/Ph.D. in Education preferred, based on UGC/NCTE norms.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in an institution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology.
