Pharmacy Director Position

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the School of Pharmacy.
About the Role:- This position is responsible for driving academic, administrative, and strategic goals of the institution.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy, aligning with institutional objectives.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs, including curriculum design and assessment.
- Manage resources and personnel.
- PhD from a reputable university in a relevant branch of specialization in Pharmacy.
- 15 years' experience in teaching/industry/research, with 5 years at the level of Professor or above in Pharmacy.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Knowledge of pharmacy education and curriculum development.
The ideal candidate will have an established national reputation in research and/or creative achievement, teaching, and service.
