Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

  • This role is responsible for facilitating the Total Employee Experience by providing guidance to managers on the offers and tools available to drive performance and engagement.
  • The successful candidate will partner with HR Operations and Solutions teams to deliver HR programs that address business needs.
  • Typically, this position involves working with a relatively less complex, less challenging, stable Unit within a country, or managing the HR Function for one population in a country.
Main Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner will be expected to:

  • In partnership with their business leader, propose efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantee the application of Group HR policies.
  • Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges.
  • Manage the People aspect of the SPS (Talent, Performance Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion).
  • Coordinate, with the site leader, the resources / business needs within the framework of the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of change management processes.
  • Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values;
  • Contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values).
  • Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level.
  • Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity.
  • Contribute to occupational health.
  • Responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems.
