  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading Talent Acquisition functions in mid-size or large multi-national organizations.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, consensus, set, and manage clear expectations with team members and client stakeholders.
  • Confident, diplomatic, and tactful, with high levels of confidentiality and resilience under pressure.
  • Extensive experience in identifying opportunities for transformation and enhancing operational efficiency through continuous improvement and efficient data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of delivering recruitment services to one or more regions internationally.
  • Experience in leading a mid-large team, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Teams, and recruitment platforms like Workday.
