Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance administrator to oversee our financial operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end financial processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools. A strong understanding of payroll, TDS, GST, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance is essential.

This role involves working closely with the finance team to handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, statutory filings, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks.
  • Maintaining general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
  • Preparing bank and credit card reconciliations and cash management reports.
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable; reconciling financial statements.

You will also be responsible for invoicing clients, managing client relationships, and preparing financial reports and analysis. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
